When you are new to the game
Be sure you cjose the right the class you seem to be comfortable with it
you have choices between tanks healers and dps

Tanks: warrior/paladin

Healers: white-mage

dps: monk/dragon/ninja/bard/black-mage/summoner

since the classes/job system has been created a liltle weird

are these jobs/classes started with diffrent names
And before you get the full class/job you have to complete some job/class quests
To get your soul crystal and important skills
These quest Are assigned in game with the following quest icon
Keep also in mind that a specifiec level is required to start/continue a quest/new quest

ps there are also other quests that are asigned with this quest icon
We advice you to do all these quest to unlock some content

Paladin soul crystal = gla lvl 30 and ilvl 30

Dragon soul crystal = lnc lvl 30 and ilvl 30
Ninja soul crystal = rog lvl 30 and ilvl 30
Bard soul crystal = arc lvl 30 and ilvl 30
Black-mage soul crystal = thm 30 and ilvl 30
Summoner soul crystal = arc lvl 30 and ilvl 30

is the lunar envoy gear when you reach level 90

this gear can be get by exchanging allagan tomestones of causality

to participate with the lastest end game content

like extreme fights and alliance raids
This fc does no savage or ultimate battles
